I live in Alliston right now and did this move to be closer to my friends and family. Dale made sure I got into a safe and friendly neighbourhood. I couldn’t come down to see a home I really liked online. Dale went over to do a live video. He told me the pros and cons of the house and area. I put in an offer and did one counter offer and was accepted within hours. Dale got on the phone, texting and leaving emails for me to get a lawyer because my closing date was within three weeks and at Christmas time. This company also send me all the emails to get my down payment in order as I had only 24 hours. I can do most of the necessary e-transfer and paperwork via text and emails.
